Global Insights Consulting was founded in the State of New York in 2007. The company is currently managed by Tony Hacking and Krister Lowe and consists of a community of practitioners interested in applying NBI and Social Intelligence Assessments with their clients.
Tony Hacking is an organizational consultant and founder of Global Insights Consulting. Tony is a trained instructor of negotiation, conflict resolution and diversity and has taught several graduate courses at the Center for Educational Outreach and Innovation (CEO&I) and the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. He has designed and conducted workshops and consulting interventions for thousands of business managers, diplomats, clerical staff, technicians, doctors, allied health care workers, police officers and teachers in the areas of conflict resolution, diversity and teamwork. Some of Tony’s most recent clients include the United Nations, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer, Columbia Busines School, Wharton Business School, The US-Syria Exchange Program, Bellevue Hospital, Consolidated Edison, and the New York City Police Department. Tony has co-authored over 20 articles on conflict management, physiology of behavior, brain function and motor performance. He is a licensed master trainer for the suite of Neethling Brain Instruments™.
Tony is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management and the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Tony holds a Master of Arts degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University where he is also an advanced doctoral candidate. Krister Lowe is an organizational consultant and principal for Global Insights Consulting. Krister brings over 15 years of global experience working with corporate, educational, non-profit and international organizations. Krister specializes in conducting coaching, training and consulting interventions around the themes of leadership, conflict management, teambuilding and organization development. He has provided interventions to leading organizations throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Some of Krister’s most recent clients include the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, Columbia University, JP Morgan, Bank of America, Pfizer, Independence Blue Cross, Rockefeller Brothers Fund, FilmAid International, International Rescue Committee, Bellevue Hospital Center, and the Washington International School.
Krister is the co-author of a number of scholarly articles on conflict resolution and organizational development and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology where is an advanced doctoral candidate. Krister is certified trainer in the suite of Neethling Brain Instruments™ and is also a certified Mediator in New York State.
